Growing up in a family business in the beauty packaging industry, I started as a sales representative and have continually adapted to customer needs, learning, exploring, and evolving over 16 years in the cosmetic packaging industry.
The Beginning: Igniting a Passion
While still in school, I often visited the factory and got to see beauty packaging products and production processes. My family taught me the importance of quality and how great packaging helps a product succeed. This early exposure sparked my passion for the industry and led me to where I am today.
2008
Discover opportunities
In 2008, I started from a basic sales position and noticed that with the increase in customer numbers and the development of the Chinese cosmetics industry, many customers seeking innovative and flexible one-stop packaging solutions were not being served by the existing market.
2010
Adjustment direction
The recognition of innovative and flexible one-stop packaging solutions has prompted me to innovate, go beyond the product range of our factory, constantly adjust our products and services to focus on customer needs, learn more about the industry, and explore new opportunities.
2015
Xumin founded
In 2015, with a clear vision and determination, I founded Xumin Packaging. We shifted from only supplying plastic bottles to offering comprehensive one-stop packaging solutions.
2017
Enter international market
By 2017, we entered the international market. As our overseas clients grew, I saw the increasing global demand for sustainable packaging in the beauty industry. This led us to focus on developing eco-friendly packaging.

Having served over 5,000 small and medium-sized skincare brands and OEM factories, our journey in the packaging industry is driven by three core values: innovation, sustainability, and flexible customization.
